Creative Clay (1 Hour)

During this workshop, students will be introduced to mindfulness techniques, and will develop their tactile skills through working with clay.
During the session, students will learn about the importance of taking care of their mental health and wellbeing.

Resources: All materials for this workshop will be provided – quick-drying modelling clay, protective aprons/gloves and clay tools. Playdough/coloured clay/clay.
